Ingredients:

  • 2 cups universally handy flour

  • 3/4 cup buttermilk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat broiler to 350 degrees 
  2. In a nourishment processor, include flour, heating powder and salt and heartbeat a few times to join. Include the margarine, cheddar, chives and heartbeat a few times until blend takes after coarse pieces. 
  3. Gradually empty buttermilk into flour blend and heartbeat until mixture is delicate a structures a batter. 
  4. Turn batter out onto a daintily floured surface and massage with flour until no longer clingy. Turn batter out into a 1/2-inch-thick sheet and cut with a floured bread shaper.
