Ingredients:

  • 2 lb hot breakfast hotdog 
  • 1 (30-32oz) sack solidified potato tots 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • 1/2 tsp pepper 
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder 
  • 1-1/2 cups destroyed cheddar 
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheddar 
  • 8 eggs 
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat stove to 350 degrees. 
  2. In a huge skillet, cook frankfurter until never again pink. Channel fat. 
  3. In a huge bowl, hurl together potato tots, cooked frankfurter and cheeses. Fill a delicately lubed 9x13-inch dish. 
  4. Whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and milk. Pour over potato tot blend. 
  5. Cover and refrigerate now if heating later. 
  6. Prepare revealed for 60 - 70 minutes, or until eggs are set.
