Ingredients:
- 1 cup/150g Cashews
- ½ cup/40g Nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp agar powder
- 1 clove of Garlic
- 1 Lemon squeezed
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- ¼ tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1½ cups/350ml Water
- a touch of Salt

Instructions:
- Spot a large portion of the water and everything else separated from the agar into a blender.
- Mix until smooth.
- In a dish put in the staying half of the water and the agar.
- Stew for 5 mins mixing continually. Ensure no chunks of agar structure at the base.
- Remove the warmth and mix in the cashew cheddar blend until consolidated.
- Fill a form and afterward chill for 60 minutes.
- Appreciate the cashew cheddar inside 5 days and keep chilled.
- This veggie lover cheddar can be solidified to keep going for as long as 3 months.
