Ingredients:

  • 1 cup/150g Cashews 
  • ½ cup/40g Nutritional yeast 
  • 1 tbsp Smoked paprika 
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup 
  • 1 tbsp agar powder 
  • 1 clove of Garlic 
  • 1 Lemon squeezed 
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric 
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne pepper 
  • 1½ cups/350ml Water 
  • a touch of Salt

Instructions:

  1. Spot a large portion of the water and everything else separated from the agar into a blender. 
  2. Mix until smooth. 
  3. In a dish put in the staying half of the water and the agar. 
  4. Stew for 5 mins mixing continually. Ensure no chunks of agar structure at the base. 
  5. Remove the warmth and mix in the cashew cheddar blend until consolidated. 
  6. Fill a form and afterward chill for 60 minutes. 
  7. Appreciate the cashew cheddar inside 5 days and keep chilled. 
  8. This veggie lover cheddar can be solidified to keep going for as long as 3 months.
