Ingredients:

  • 2 cups hotcake blend, (for example, Bisquick) 
  • 1 cup milk 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla concentrate 
  • 1 banana, cut slight 
  • 1/4 cup smaller than expected semi sweet chocolate chips 
  • 4-5 strawberries, cut slight 
  • 1/4 cup blueberries 
  • powdered sugar (for tidying) 
  • hotcake syrup (as wanted)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat stove to 425 degrees. Prep a 12x16 inch rimmed sheet skillet with a sheet of material paper, and splash with non-stick oil. 
  2. To a blending bowl, include flapjack blend, milk, eggs, and vanilla concentrate. Whisk fixings together until player is smooth. 
  3. Pour hitter onto sheet skillet and smooth out equally until it covers whole dish. 
  4. Top sheet dish with cut banana and chocolate chips on one side, and berries on the opposite side. Heat for around 15 minutes or until cooked and somewhat sautéed. Serve by cutting into squares.
