- 1 cup/150g Pistachio Nuts, shelled
- ½ cup/40g Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup/any sugar
- 1 tbsp agar powder
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- ½ Lemon squeezed
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1½ cups/350ml Water
- 2 portions of Salt

Instructions:
- Splash the pistachio nuts in water with a touch of salt for an hour or medium-term.
- Spot a large portion of the water and everything else separated from the agar into a blender.
- Mix nut blend until smooth in an incredible blender.
- In a skillet put in the staying half of the water and the agar powder.
- Stew for 5 mins blending continually. Ensure no chunks of agar structure at the base.
- Remove the warmth and mix in the pistachio blend until consolidated.
- Empty nut cheddar blend into a shape and afterward chill for 2 hours. Line with greaseproof paper to give an incredible look.
