Ingredients:

  • 1 cup/150g Pistachio Nuts, shelled 
  • ½ cup/40g Nutritional Yeast 
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup/any sugar 
  • 1 tbsp agar powder 
  • 2 cloves of Garlic 
  • ½ Lemon squeezed 
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 
  • 1½ cups/350ml Water 
  • 2 portions of Salt

Instructions:

  1. Splash the pistachio nuts in water with a touch of salt for an hour or medium-term. 
  2. Spot a large portion of the water and everything else separated from the agar into a blender. 
  3. Mix nut blend until smooth in an incredible blender. 
  4. In a skillet put in the staying half of the water and the agar powder. 
  5. Stew for 5 mins blending continually. Ensure no chunks of agar structure at the base. 
  6. Remove the warmth and mix in the pistachio blend until consolidated. 
  7. Empty nut cheddar blend into a shape and afterward chill for 2 hours. Line with greaseproof paper to give an incredible look. 
  8. Appreciate Pistachio Cheese inside 3 days and keep chilled. 


Note
I utilize a 3" springform shape to make this however anything like a bown can be utilized. Look at my sunflower cheddar formula to perceive what it would resemble set in a typical grain bowl
