Instructions:

  1. Make the mixture: In a blending bowl, include the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Mix to combine all fixings. Include the oil and milk in gradually, mixing and combining. Massage to frame a smooth batter, at that point spread and put aside to rest for 60 minutes.
  2. Make the filling: In a huge griddle, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Include the hamburger, and cook until carmelized everywhere. Expel from the warmth, and put aside in a bowl.
  3. In a similar griddle, heat another tablespoon of oil, at that point include the onion and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes or until beginning to mollify. Tip into the bowl with the meat. Put aside to cool.
  4. To collect: Preheat the broiler to 350 F.
  5. Reveal the mixture, ply for 2 to 3 minutes at that point separate the batter into 4 equivalent parts. Residue flour liberally, and reveal each piece into a meager round circle.
  6. Next, stack them as you go, and include a cleaning in the middle of each circle. Turn them out tenderly and gradually to make bigger and more slender sheets.
  7. Each in turn, brush dissolved margarine on the top surface, at that point flip it over, and include the meat filling in the center. Next, top with a fourth of the cheddar.
  8. Close in the sides of the round sheet in your grasp, and curve the base. At that point take care of the top half underneath to make a pretty fan plan.
  9. Rehash the equivalent for outstanding sheets.
  10. Line a preparing sheet with material paper, and oil with oil. Combine water and eggs to make egg wash.
  11. Move the pies onto the preparing container, and brush with egg wash.
  12. Prepare for 25 minutes, at that point put aside to cool.
