Ingredients:
  • 2 Tbsp margarine ($0.22) 
  • 2 Tbsp flour ($0.02) 
  • 1 cup entire milk ($0.30) 
  • 6 oz. medium cheddar, destroyed (about 1.5 cups) ($2.25) 
  • 1/4 tsp salt ($0.02)

Instructions:

  1. Add the margarine and flour to a little sauce pot. Warmth and whisk the margarine and flour together until they become bubbly and frothy. Proceed to cook and whisk the bubbly blend for around 60 seconds.
