Ingredients:
FOR OLD BAY AIOLI

  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise 
  • 1/2 tsp. Sriracha 
  • 3/4 tsp. new lime juice 
  • 1/2 tsp. Old Bay flavoring, in addition to additional for serving 
  • Legitimate salt (discretionary) 

FOR SHRIMP FILLING

  • 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil 
  • 1/2 yellow onion, finely hacked 
  • 1 little green chime pepper, diced 
  • 2 cloves garlic, daintily cut 
  • 1 lb. little shrimp, stripped and deveined, tails expelled 
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin 
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika 
  • Legitimate salt 
  • Newly ground pepper 

FOR ASSEMBLING BURRITO

  • 4 huge flour tortillas, warmed 
  • 1 c. cooked long-grain white rice 
  • 1 c. cooked dark beans, washed and depleted 
  • 3/4 c. destroyed Mexican cheddar 
  • 1 c. destroyed lettuce 
  • 1 c. pico de gallo, depleted 
  • 1 avocado, daintily cut 
  • 2 tbsp. hacked chives, in addition to additional for serving

Instructions:

  1. Make aioli: Whisk together mayo, Sriracha, lime juice, Old Bay, and 1 teaspoon water. Season with salt, whenever wanted. 
  2. Make shrimp filling: In an enormous skillet over medium-high warmth, include oil, onion, chime pepper, and garlic. Cook, blending periodically, until delicately brilliant, around 2 minutes. Mix in shrimp, cumin, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, mixing once in a while, until dark and simply cooked through, around 4 minutes. 
  3. Collect burritos: Lay a tortilla on a serving plate. Include 1/4 cup every one of the rice and beans. Top with ¼ every one of the shrimp filling, cheddar, lettuce, pico de gallo, and avocado cuts. Sprinkle with chives and shower with aioli.
