Ingredients:
- 2lb/1kg White Potatoes, stripped and diced into pieces
- 1 cup/100g Cheddar, ground (or more in the event that you need it EXTRA mushy)
- 1/2 cup/125ml Cream, or to inclination (can sub milk)
- 2 stacked tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Butter, liquefied to top (or more cheddar!)
- 1 little bulb of Garlic
- New Chives, to serve
- Olive Oil, varying
- Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions:
- Cut the tip off your garlic to uncover the cloves. Shower with olive oil, envelop by foil and fly in the stove at 180c/356f for 45-60mins, or until profound brilliant, caramelized and clingy.
- In the interim, place your potato in a pot of cold water and heat to the point of boiling. Bubble until blade delicate (15mins or thereabouts) at that point channel and spot back in the pot. Crush the garlic out of the cloves into the potato and include 2 tbsp spread. Squash until bump free.
- Mix in cream and cheddar, at that point include a lot of salt and pepper. Spot in a heating dish, pour more than 1 tbsp dissolved margarine (or additional cheddar) and prepare in the broiler at 200c/390f for 20mins or until brilliant and percolating.
