Ingredients:

- Salt and Black Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Sharp Cream, to serve
- Crisp Chives, to serve

Instructions:
- Coat potatoes in a sprinkle of olive oil and a decent touch of salt and pepper. Spot in the broiler at 356f/180c for 60-70mins, or until profound brilliant and fork delicate.
- When sufficiently cool to deal with, cut off the main (3/4 of the path up) and scoop out the majority of the inside, leaving a dainty divider to keep the potato solid.
