Ingredients:
  • 2lbs/1kg Gnocchi 
Sauce
  • 5oz/150g Streaky Bacon, diced 
  • 2.5 cups/625ml Milk, at room temp 
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter 
  • 2 tbsp Plain Flour 
  • 1 cup/100g Cheddar, ground 
  • 1 cup/100g Mozzarella, ground 
  • 3oz/80g Parmesan, ground (spare half for the garnish) 
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard 
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder 
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder 
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste 
Beating
  • 1/2 cup/30g Breadcrumbs 
  • Parmesan 
  • spot of Salt and Black Pepper 
  • Olive Oil Spray

Instructions:
  1. Preheat broiler to 200c/430f. 
  2. Start by singing your bacon in a skillet over medium warmth until firm. Channel away overabundance fat if vital (a few tsp left in the container is fine).
