- 7 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 20 ounce sack solidified Diced Hash Browns
- 8 ounce block of Mild Cheddar Cheese, ground
- Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat stove to 350. Shower medium meal dish (we utilized 9 x 13) with non-stick splash. Put in a safe spot.
- Get ready frankfurter and onions.
