Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Italian Sausage, cooked 
  • 1 yellow onion, hacked, sauteed in frankfurter oil 
  • 7 eggs 
  • 1/2 cup milk 
  • 20 ounce sack solidified Diced Hash Browns 
  • 8 ounce block of Mild Cheddar Cheese, ground 
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat stove to 350. Shower medium meal dish (we utilized 9 x 13) with non-stick splash. Put in a safe spot. 
  2. Get ready frankfurter and onions. 
  3. In a huge blending bowl, join all fixings, including hotdog and onions. Fill arranged goulash dish. Save about one cup of the cheddar for garnish. 
  4. Prepare for 35 minutes. Expel from stove and top with held cheddar. Come back to stove for 8 minutes. 
  5. Enable dish to rest for 15-20 minutes. Serve and appreciate!
