- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 8 (3/4-oz.) American cheddar cuts
- 3 brioche cheeseburger buns, cut in 3/4-in. blocks
- 4 oz. sharp cheddar, destroyed (around 1 cup)
- Destroyed lettuce, diced tomato, pickle cuts, mayonnaise

Instructions:
Stage 1
Cook bacon in an enormous nonstick skillet over medium, blending every so often, until seared and fresh. Move to a plate; put in a safe spot. Pour off portion of the bacon drippings from skillet, and save.
Stage 2
Add onions to skillet with residual drippings over medium-low; cook, blending periodically, until seared and caramelized, around 30 minutes. Mix in Worcestershire, 1/2 teaspoon of the salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of the pepper. Move to a bowl; put in a safe spot.
Stage 3
Preheat stove to 350°F. Warmth skillet over medium-high. Include ground hamburger, 1/2 teaspoon of the pepper, and staying 3/4 teaspoon salt; cook, mixing once in a while, until carmelized, 8 to 10 mintues. Mix in ketchup and mustard; expel from heat.
