Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower, (to make around 4 cups handled cauliflower) 
  • 2 eggs, daintily beaten 
  • 1/2 c. finely ground Parmesan 
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano 
  • 1/2 c. destroyed white Cheddar

Instructions:

  1. Cut cauliflower into florets. Procedure cauliflower florets in a nourishment processor until the surface takes after rice. Then again, you can grind the cauliflower. 

  2. In a medium bowl, join handled cauliflower, eggs, Parmesan and oregano. Blend until equally consolidated at that point season with salt and pepper.
