Ingredients:

  • 2 (9 Ounce) Packages Breakfast Sausage Links 
  • 1 Pound Bacon 
  • 1 (32 Ounce) Package Tater Tots 
  • 12 Large Eggs 
  • 1/2 Cup Milk 
  • 1/4 Cup Green Onions Thinly Sliced 
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper 
  • 1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded 
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded~Divided 
  • 2 Tablespoons Green Onions, Thinly Sliced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat broiler to 350 degrees. Shower a 9X13 inch preparing dish with nonstick cooking splash. 
  2. Cook the wiener in a skillet until cooked through. Evacuate to a paper towel-lined plate and channel skillet of all fat. Cut into 1/2 inch pieces. 
  3. Cook bacon in the equivalent, defatted skillet until dark colored and firm. Channel on a paper towel-lined plate. Disintegrate. 
  4. Orchestrate Tater Tots in a solitary layer in the readied preparing dish. 
  5. Whisk together eggs, milk, 1/4 cup green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix in cooked hotdog and a large portion of the cooked bacon. 
  6. Overlay in 1 cup Monterey jack cheddar and 1 cup of cheddar into egg blend and pour egg blend over potato tots 
  7. Prepare in preheated stove until egg blend is set and, 40-45 minutes.
