- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup red chime pepper, hacked
- 1/4 cup cheddar, destroyed
- 1/8 cup green onion
- 1/4 cup bacon, cooked and hacked
- 1/4 cup spinach, hacked
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cuts sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons spread
- 3 cuts colby jack cheddar

Instructions:
- In a blending bowl, include beaten eggs, peppers, cheddar, green onion, bacon, spinach, salt and pepper. Blend until consolidated.
- Cut out the focal point of the bread cuts, leaving just the outside.
- Warmth spread in a huge nonstick skillet. Spot bread cuts in skillet and fill each piece with egg blend. Cook around 3 minutes and flip. Cook an extra 3 minutes. Add cheddar to 1 cut of bread. Top with outstanding cut and spot a cover over the dish to soften cheddar. Expel from warmth and serve.
