Ingredients:
For the Muffins:

• 1/4 cup margarine, marginally relaxed 
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil 
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar 
• 1/3 cup darker sugar 
• 2 enormous eggs 
• 1/2 tsp. heating powder 
• 1/4 tsp. heating pop 
• 3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg 
• 1 tsp. cinnamon 
• 3/4 tsp. salt 
• 1 tsp. vanilla concentrate 
• 2/3 cups universally handy flour 
• 1 cup low-fat milk 

For the Glaze: 

• 3 tbsp. margarine, softened 
• 1 cup confectioners' sugar, filtered 
• 3/4 tsp. vanilla 
• 2 tbsp. boiling water
