Ingredients:

  • 2 Bone in thick pork hacks, around 1 inch thick 
  • 3 tablespoons garlic minced 
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • 4 tablespoons spread 
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper chips 
  • 3 tablespoons dark colored sugar 
  • salt and pepper 
  • new parsley slashed

Instructions:

  1. Preheat stove to 400 degrees. Season pork slashes with salt and pepper. 
  2. Warmth vegetable oil in a stove safe skillet (I utilize cast iron) on medium high warmth. Burn the pork slashes for 3 minutes on each side. Evacuate and put in a safe spot 
  3. In a similar skillet lessen warmth to low and include margarine, garlic, dark colored sugar, red pepper, and rush until consolidated, stew 2-3 minutes. Include pork hacks over into the container and coat with sauce. 
  4. Spot stove safe skillet in the broiler and heat 8-10 minutes or until inward temperature of pork hacks arrives at 145F 
  5. Expel pork cleaves and let rest 5 minutes. Trimming with new cleaved parsley and serve!
