Ingredients:

- 4 tablespoons spread

- 3 tablespoons dark colored sugar
- salt and pepper

Instructions:
- Preheat stove to 400 degrees. Season pork slashes with salt and pepper.
- Warmth vegetable oil in a stove safe skillet (I utilize cast iron) on medium high warmth. Burn the pork slashes for 3 minutes on each side. Evacuate and put in a safe spot
