Ingredients:

  • 7oz/200g Spaghetti 
  • 3.5oz/100g Cream Cheese 
  • 3.5oz/100g Ham, cleaved (could sub chicken/bacon/mushrooms) 
  • 1/3 cup/20g Parmesan, ground (in addition to extra to serve) 
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter 
  • 1 clove of Garlic, finely diced 
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste 
  • Olive oil, for fricasseeing

Instructions:

  1. Cook your spaghetti in salted bubbling water until still somewhat firm. Directly before depleting, save some dull pasta water. 
  2. In the mean time, in a dish heat a shower of olive oil over a medium fire and fry your garlic and ham for a couple of moments until gently cooked. 
  3. Soften in your margarine, at that point mix around 1/3 cup of boring pasta water. Rapidly speed in a roundabout movement to make an emulsion and join the dull water with the spread. 
  4. Mix in your cream cheddar at that point include your parmesan. Season to taste at that point include your spaghetti. Hurl through the sauce, utilizing your dull water to disperse varying. 
  5. Present with additional helpings of parmesan. Appreciate!
