Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs, isolated 
  • ⅛ teaspoon  cream of tartar 
  • 3 tablespoons mellowed cream cheddar or Greek yogurt

Instructions:
1. Preheat broiler to 300°F/150°C.
2. Separate the eggs into two dishes.
3. Add the cream of tartar to the egg whites and whip into hardened pinnacles.
4. Include the cream cheddar or yogurt into the yolks and blend until joined.
5. Crease half of the egg whites into the yolks until simply joined. Include the rest and overlap again until consolidated.
6. Line a heating sheet with material paper and spot six bits of the blend on the plate (about ½ cup each).
7. Spread out the circles with a spatula to about ½ inch thick.
8. Prepare for 30 minutes or until brilliant.
9. Permit to cool for in any event 60 minutes.
10. Appreciate with your preferred garnishes!
