Ingredients:
- 1 (20-ounce) bundle Simply Potatoes Hash Browns
- 8 ounces thick cut applewood smoked bacon, cooked and diced (around 1/4" pieces)
- 4 ounces (1 cup) medium cheddar, destroyed
- 4 ounces (1 cup) pepper jack cheddar, destroyed
- 3 enormous eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon New Mexico bean stew powder
- 1 teaspoon fit salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon crisp ground dark pepper
- bunch crisp parsley leaves, hacked (around 4 tablespoons)

Instructions:
- Set waffle iron to medium-high and preheat. Hold half of parsley for embellishing.
- Join all fixings (counting the rest of the parsley) in a huge bowl. Mix until very much blended.
- Fog the waffle iron with non-stick cooking splash.
- Pour around 1/2 cup of the hash dark colored blend onto the hot waffle iron. Utilize a spatula to spread the blend into an even layer. Cook until brilliant and cooked through, around 3-5 minutes. Know the hash tans will discharge steam as they cook.
- Expel from waffle iron and spot cooked hash dark colored waffles on stove rack in a 200°F preheated broiler until prepared to serve. This will help keep them fresh and hot.
- Sprinkle with saved crisp parsley. Serve and appreciate!
