Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 cups crisp strawberries, divided, stems expelled 
  • 3/4 cup sugar 
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice 
  • 1 half vanilla bean, cut open 
  • 1/2 cups dull chocolate 
  • Macaron, for inside the blossom 
  • Whipped cream 
  • New raspberries 
  • Mint, for embellish

Instructions:
  1. For the strawberry coulis: In a medium pot over medium warmth, include the strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla bean. Heat to the point of boiling until natural product is mollified. Empty cooked fluid into a blender, mix and strain. Put in a safe spot.
