Ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheddar, cold (I normally use Neufchatel cream cheddar)

- 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions:
- Spot the cream cheddar in a blending bowl.
- Utilizing a hand blender, beat until smooth.
