Ingredients:
- For the shortbread:
 - 225g plain flour
 - 1 tbsp malt powder
 - 175g unsalted margarine, chilly, cut into shapes
 - 75g caster sugar
 - For the fixing:
 - 175g spread
 - 175g caster sugar
 - 60g brilliant syrup
 - 40g malt extricate
 - 400g dense milk
 - 1/2 tsp fine salt
 - 3 x 93g packs of Maltesers
 - 400g milk chocolate
 
Instructions:
- For the shortbread layer:
 - Preheat the broiler to 150 C.
 - Line a 23cm x 28cm rectangular cake tin with heating material.
 - Join the flour, malt powder and margarine 3D shapes in a nourishment processor and heartbeat until the blend looks like fine breadcrumbs.
 - Include the caster sugar and heartbeat again until consolidated.
 - Tip the blend into the lined cake tin and spread it out equitably with the rear of a spoon. At that point press the shortbread down solidly with your knuckles so it is firmly stuffed in the tin.
 - Prepare the shortbread for 30 minutes or until extremely light brilliant darker. Put aside to cool.
 - For the caramel layer:
 - Put the margarine and sugar in a wide, substantial based skillet with the syrup, malt separate, dense milk and salt, and warmth delicately, blending to dissolve the spread.
 - Bring to a stew and keep on cooking for around 10-15 minutes, until thick and fudgy.
 - Pour over the shortbread and smooth with a palette blade, at that point start to press the Maltesers into the caramel in a layer until the caramel is secured - you ought to have some left finished.
 - Leave to set.
 - For the chocolate layer:
 - Dissolve the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a container of stewing water or in a microwave, and spread equitably over the set caramel. Pulverize the extra Maltesers and sprinkle over the highest point of the chocolate.
 - Leave until strong, at that point transform out and slice into squares to serve.
