Ingredients:
  • 1 lb elbow macaroni 
  • 6 oz cheddar cubed 
  • 1/2 red onion minced 
  • 4 celery stalks diced 
  • 1 red ringer pepper diced 
  • 1 cup solidified peas 
  • 1/2 cup mayo 
  • 1/4 cup apple juice vinegar 
  • 1/4 cup crisp dill 
  • 2 tablespoons sugar 
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions:
